The Sinmah Development Group of Companies (Group) comprised of Sinmah Development Sdn Bhd, Sinmah Builders Sdn Bhd, Budi Saja Sdn Bhd and Meadow Assets Sdn Bhd.
The principal activities of the Group are property development, building construction and investment holding.

Sinmah Development Sdn Bhd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Sinmah Capital Berhad. It was incorporated under the name of Innopract Enterprise Sdn Bhd on 3rd May 1990 and the change of name was effected on 3 January 1996. Its principal activity is property development as well as an investment holding company.

Sinmah Builders Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 13th July 1996 and it is an in-house construction arm undertaking all construction works of the Group. It has contributed in defining the reputation of the Group by its stringent adherence to quality and service provision.

Budi Saja Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 23 April 2013. Its paid-up share capital is RM 3,000,003 comprising 3,000,003 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. The principal activity of Budi Saja Sdn Bhd is property development.
Meadow Assets Sdn Bhd (1084002-U)
Meadow Assets Sdn Bhd was incorporated on 10 March 2014. Its paid-up share capital is RM 3,000,000 comprising 3,000,000 ordinary shares of RM 1.00 each. The principal activity of Meadow Assets Sdn Bhd is property development.
